Afraid of the side effects

I am interested in what you believe about hCG drops. I knew you used to take them and you were happy with them. But I am not sure if you still believe the same thing. Did they have bad side effects? I want to start taking them but I am afraid of the side effects and on the fact that I can gain the weight back after I stop taking them. Can you please give me some advices regarding these drops?
